We are interested in developing tools to help understand and control the dynamics of systems with many nonlinearly interacting components, such as large-scale brain networks, social systems, and biological systems at large. Our work is closely connected to computational neuroscience, computational social science, and computational psychiatry. Here are a few specific directions as examples:

multiscale topological time series analysis

global geometry of dynamic models of the brain and behavior

the multiscale dynamics of social interaction

individualized model-based brain stimulation
